The apartment is unfurnished, so we recommend it for both residential and office purposes. The apartment has central heating and air conditioning.

The building underwent a general renovation completed in 2013. It has central heating. Tenants have access to a 24-hour gym with sauna, security and a garage (subject to availability).

Lease: PLN 6,500 + PLN 1,700 administrative rent + utilities.
